Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between 11/21/2025 and 12/15/2025 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/15/2026. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, free of animal hair, and returned with original tags attached. Items discounted 40% or more, or marked Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders Only: Eligible for return or exchange within 21 days from shipment date.
  • International Orders (including Canada): All sales are final. International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition Requirements (U.S. only): Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, animal-hair free, and with original tags.

2. Return Process

  • U.S. Returns—
    • Click “Start a Return Here” above.
    • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
    • Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, minus a handling fee to cover return shipping.

3. Exchanges

  • U.S. Exchanges
    • Eligible within 21 days of shipping, same condition rules apply.
    • Exchanges are available for a different size in the same style and color, subject to availability.
    • Start your exchange here (link to exchange RMA).
    • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
    • The new item is shipped immediately; a temporary hold is placed on your card.
    • If the original item is not returned within 14 days, or is deemed ineligible, the full amount will be charged.

 

4. Processing Timeline

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds typically post to your account within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Items that aren’t eligible or come in improperly will be returned to you at your expense.

 

5. Special Item Policies

  • Sale Items Discounted <40%:
    • Eligible for return for a refund to the original form of payment (minus handling fee) or exchange within 21 days.
  • Sale Items Discounted <40%:
    • Not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sample Sale Items
    • All final sale—no returns or exchanges of any kind.
  • High-Value Returns (U.S. only)
    • Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 incur a 15% restocking fee ($150 fee on $1,000).
  • Gift Returns (U.S. only)
    • Gifted items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
    • Items must meet all standard condition requirements and be returned within the eligible timeframe.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or contain animal hair. Additionally, items with tags removed.
  • “Final Sale” items ≥40% off, custom slippers, or sample sale purchases.
  • All international purchases (including Canada).
