Returns Info

Return Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders: Eligible for return within 21 days of the shipment date.
  • EU + EFTA Orders: Eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
    • EFTA Member States: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
  • All Other International Orders: All sales are final and are not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of animal hair and returned with their original tags attached.


Return Process

U.S. Returns:

  • Click "Start Your Return Here" above.
  • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
  • After processing, a handling fee (return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Processing Timeline

  • We process returns within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds typically post to your account within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Items that aren’t eligible or come in improperly will be returned to you at your expense.


Special Item Policies

  • Sale Items: Discounted <40%: Eligible for return for a refund to the original form of payment (minus handling fee) or store credit within 21 days.
  • Discounted ≥40% or marked “Final Sale”: Not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Sample Sale Items: All final sale—no returns, exchanges of any kind.
  • High‑Value Returns: Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 incur a 15% restocking fee ($150 fee on $1,000).
  • Gift Returns: Gifted items may be returned for store credit via our gift returns portal. Items must meet all standard condition requirements and be returned within the eligible timeframe.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • All international purchases outside of the EU and EFTA countries listed above, including Canada.
  • Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or contain animal hair. Additionally items with tags removed.
  • "Final Sale” items ≥40% off, custom slippers, or sample sale purchases.
